West Star 1 is a real estate management company assisting buyers complete their real estate purchase transactions.

Our goal is to manage real property resources responsibly as it passes from one entity to another.  We try to be good stewards of the land, being aware of the enviornment and the impact upon it, while balancing the needs of expanding populations upon areas which historically have been without such use.

WS1's management group has been servicing real estate transactions since 1978.
